Stretcho ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by HexnHue. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Stretcho mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide Directly

  • Onboarding Quiz Responses: Your answers to our stretch assessment quiz (e.g., work habits, pain areas, activity level) to generate a personalized stretch plan.
  • Subscription Information: Purchase and subscription status is managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: How you interact with the App (screens visited, features used, session duration, stretch completion rates).
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
  • Crash & Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and performance data to help us improve app stability.

c) Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email, or phone number unless you contact support directly.
  • We do not collect precise location data.
  • We do not collect health data from Apple HealthKit or any health framework.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate and deliver your personalized stretch plan.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App experience.
  • Track your stretch progress and streaks within the App.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs.
  • Send stretch reminders and notifications (with your permission).
  • Process and manage your subscription status.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that collect information on our behalf. These services are contractually obligated to protect your data and provide the same or equivalent level of protection as described in this policy.

Third-party services we may use include:

  • Apple App Store: For subscription management and purchase processing.
  • Analytics Services: To understand App usage and improve the experience (anonymized and aggregated).
  • Crash Reporting: To identify and fix technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your onboarding quiz data and stretch preferences are stored locally on your device. We retain aggregated, anonymized analytics data for up to 24 months to improve the App. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed from your device.

6. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Delete Your Data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. For any server-side data deletion requests, contact us at the email below.
  • Opt Out of Analytics: You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.
  • Manage Notifications: You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
  • Cancel Your Subscription: Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data stored on your device uses encrypted storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. International Users

If you are accessing the App from outside the country where our servers are located, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a different jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to our facilities as described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
